Imperial College London

i3Imperial College London is playing a mentoring role in the formation and operation of the School of Management and School of Commerce. It will also be the academic mentor for the School of Engineering & Technology.

Imperial College London is closely involved in a wide spectrum of activities such as curriculum design, content development, student exchanges, summer study programmes, joint research activities, digital learning platforms, PhD programmes, faculty training, educational outreach and executive education programmes.

Most significantly, 25 BMU engineering students will have the opportunity to undertake a one-year MSc programme at Imperial College London Business School. Additionally, all students (BTech, BCom (Hons), BBA & MBA) will have the opportunity to join innovation camps and credit-based courses, which will include activities such as lectures, site visits, workshops, or say, writing a business plan.

Institute of Inclusive Innovation

BMU and Imperial College London are the joint founders of the Institute of Inclusive Innovation (I3), an applied research institute. Located on the BMU campus, I3 aspires to transform society by undertaking research at the grassroots level and seeking solutions that promise high impact inclusive growth and development.

Students will get an opportunity to work on live projects in the institute’s areas of focus that includes health, energy, water, education, urban development and economic empowerment, thereby getting invaluable experience in understanding and tackling critical social problems of the day.
