The School of Management at BML Munjal University offers undergraduate, post-graduate, and doctoral courses in management (BBA, MBA, and Ph.D.). The School has been founded with the objective of transforming management education in India by creating a world-class teaching and learning environment. The School is housed in a 50-acre, fully residential campus.
The School of Management is engaged in creating, preserving and imparting internationally benchmarked knowledge and skills to a diverse community of students.
At the School of Management instead of just preparing students for the future, we teach them how to invent it. We believe that the future is created by innovators, thought-leaders, and entrepreneurs who are willing to go the extra-mile. The founders of companies such as Uber, Ola, Flipkart and Snapdeal have reinvented how we do business today. Such skills are now being sought after by established organisations as well. At BML Munjal University we strive to imbibe these skills in our students to make them industry ready. To teach students how to invent the future we go beyond what a traditional MBA curriculum imparts. Apart from the regular curriculum, Skill and Perspective courses are also taught. For example, Selling & Negotiating skills, so important in the real world. And World Civilisations which aid our students in forming a practical and holistic view of our society and the world at large.
We teach using the case study method and are the fourth largest downloaders of case studies from Harvard Business School in India.
We also conduct Leadership Series in which we invite luminaries from various fields to interact and share their learnings with the students. Some of the luminaries were General Bikram Singh, former Chief of the Indian Army and Mr. TV Narendran, MD of Tata Steel.
The learning environment at BML Munjal University nurtures the spirit of enquiry, creativity, problem solving, entrepreneurship and innovation and promotes hands-on and cross-disciplinary learning and inculcates a raft of values, job and life skills.
Our faculty hails from institutes of national and international repute such as IIMs, IITs, MIT, and Stanford. The visiting faculty at BMU comprises experts from top business schools and corporates of the world.
